How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Hardlyexisting Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If yours went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Hardlyexisting Septic went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please understand that Hardlyexisting Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@hardlyexisting.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
