Photos help, but they are not required. Please do not open tank lids or climb inside anything to get them.
How the Handoff Works

The provider contacts you to talk through the problem. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on their schedule and the weather. Storm season can keep crews busy.

An estimate is a conversation, not a contract. Ask for a written quote. Compare it with another if you like. Say no if it does not feel right.
If the problem is getting worse while you wait, cut back on water use and keep a note of what you see. Check the clock and write down when changes happen. That record helps the provider.
